"We arrived at the SRMC Medical Center in Chennai Central Station in an emergency state as my son was suffering from dehydration on a journey from Mangalore to Chennai. This place being unfamiliar to us, we were relieved to see a medical center at the Railway Station and the moment we got in, the Doctors & the staff on hand were very prompt to take care of us especially, we being far away from home. They were cordial and very diligent in providing treatment to us and even assured us that we can take the journey back home, which happened to be on the same day. I was so relieved after getting medical attention at the Central station and I believe that the Institution has really done a wonderful job in having an Emergency Medical Center at an important and busy point. Nowhere, have I seen Medical Center at Railway stations.
