Specialized evaluation looking at chronic medical problems and functional difficulties, psychological comorbidities like depression, psychosis- both functional and organic- associated with neurological conditions, cognitive decline, psychosocial issues, and end of life issues are addressed and a comprehensive evidence based treatment plan formulated, personalized to the individual’s need. We strive to attain this with the help of a multidisciplinary team of medical specialists and paramedical staff, and in close liaison with other specialties. Additionally, specialists in the clinic also work in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry model to provide expert opinion at request from other departments.
