- Teach, evaluate and design lecture plan for under graduate, Post graduate medical and nursing students of the college.
- Teaching on pharmacology in various courses in class room environment.
- Appointed as Chief Superintendent and observer for the Tamil nadu Dr. MGR medical university theory examinations for medical graduates .
- Actively involved in coordinating and assessment processes in practical laboratory based on OSPE model (Objective Structured Practical Examination).
- Involvement in development of innovative integrated teaching programs with various subjects in medical courses in the department of Pharmacology.
- Reporting to senior management of the college for progress areas and improvement objectives for effective learning outcome of student programs.
