Food is provided free of cost for all in-patients throughout their stay.

Free Pharmacy

Certain essential medicines are provided free for all OP and IP patients, specifically for diabetic and hypertension patients.

Free health check-up camp

On an average ten ophthalmology camps, two to three camps and four pediatric camps are happening in and around Chennai on a monthly basis.

Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre (ICTC)

An ICTC is a place where a person is counselled and tested for HIV, of his own free will or as advised by a medical provider.

The main functions of an ICTC are:

  • Conducting HIV diagnostic tests.
  • Providing basic information on the modes of HIV transmission, and promoting behavioural change to reduce vulnerability.
  • Link people with other HIV prevention, care and treatment services.

Drug and poison information centre

The centre has specially trained staff of pharmacists, pharmacologists and drug/poison information assistants to answer questions about newer drugs, poisonings, drug dosage, drug abuse, product contents, substance identification, interactions and adverse reactions.

Tuberculosis (TB) cell

Tuberculosis (TB) is a potentially serious infectious disease that mainly affects your lungs. The bacteria that cause tuberculosis are spread from one person to another through tiny droplets released into the air via coughs and sneezes.

All patients who are found positive to report at ground floor or chest OPD.
