Centre for Early Childhood Caries and Research (CECCRe) is the first exclusive dedicated research centre on Early Childhood Caries in Asia. This centre is a follow up of the one crore grant received from Wellcome Trust (UK) DBT India Alliance, and first of its kind to be awarded to a dental institution across the country. CECCRe was created as a separate wing in the Department of Pediatric and Preventive dentistry, SRIHER and was inaugurated by eminent dignitaries of our university on August 29th 2018.
