Duathlon Running Event 2016

A cycling and running event , Duathlon , was held by the student council of Sri Ramachandra University on 27th August 2016. It brought together 500 participants including the faculty, staff and students of all the colleges inside the campus. This event was initiated to spread awarenessabout drunken driving which was very prevalent among the youth. The Duathlon relay waspreceded by a walk by the participants till the Iyyapanthangal bus depot and back. The event was flagged off by chief guest Samyuktha , who is a member of the board of trustees.
