Admission & Registration

Age of Enrollment at the centre : Children of faculty and staff of SRU, between 2 years of age and 12 years can be enrolled.

Fees (The current Fee Structure)

Fees to be paid by Cheque in favour of “Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University) no later than 7th of every month.

Full Day (8.00 am – 4.00 pm) Rs.6,500/- per month
Half Day (8.00 am – 12.00 noon)
(12.00 noon – 4.00 pm)
Rs.3,000/- per month
Per day charge ( 8.00 am – 4.00 pm) Rs.300/- per day

Fees are subject to revision.

Registration

Faculty or staff desirous of enrolling their children at KCCC will complete and file the required registration form. They must also provide Parents name, photograph, mobile phone number, Email ID, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University) employment number, address and (Copy of Aadhar card with address)
Child’s Identity card with photograph and Aadhar card if available, to be provided.

Guidelines and regulations :

  • Each parent is responsible for transportation (drop and pickup) of the child to and from KCCC.
  • A child can be picked up only by the parent or the authorized guardian, whose Photo identification must be registered with KCCC.
  • Child should be picked up by parent or authorised guardian, no later than 4.30.pm.
  • Absence or leave must be informed to the staff at KCCC in advance.
  • Food will not be provided by the centre. Sharing of food is not encouraged at the centre.
  • Any food restrictions/allergies including drug allergies etc should be informed to the staff in writing.
  • Each Child should bring to the centre
  • a. napkin, spoon, drinking water
  • b. Snacks, lunch
  • c. One set of change of clothes (extra dress) and diapers.

The children should not

  • wear ear rings (other than small studs) jewelery and possession cash not permitted
  • carry small toys less than 3 inches, toys should be free from toxins.
  • KCCC is a centre where there are several children across age groups. In the interest of the health of all children, parents are required to keep their child at home, if the child has
    • Running nose, fever
    • Infectious or contagious diseases, flu, measles, mumps, rubella or chicken pox, infection of the eyes or skin
    • Unexplained diarrhea or loose stools combined with nausea, vomiting or abdominal cramps
    • If the child becomes sick in the KCCC, the parent or if parent is not reachable, the authorized guardian will be contacted. If parent / authorized guardian could not be contacted then the administrator will call emergency room of Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre, for help and treatment. The cost of this emergency treatment has to be borne by the parent of the child.

Working hours and holidays :

KCCC will remain open from Monday through Saturday. 8.00 am – 4.00 pm.

KCCC will remain closed on all Sundays and holidays indicated below.
