About the Department / Program
The department deals with the management of infertility in couples. In this department we have experts and highly trained specialists to evaluate various infertility problems of men and women. The department offers services for treatment of sexual problems in men and women. Facilities for semen analysis (basic and advanced), sperm function tests (reactive oxygen species, DNA fragmentation), hormonal and genetic evaluation of the couple, basic & advanced ultrasound (3D/4D) with Doppler are available. The state of the art embryology laboratory and facilities for basic & advanced embryology are facilitated. We have facilities for IVF, ICSI, IVM, cryopreservation, PGT, and laser assisted hatching. Courses in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, and clinical embryology are offered. PhD in Reproductive Medicine, MCh (Reproductive Medicine and Surgery), Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and MSc(clinical embryology). We hold a distinction of being the first department in the country to start MCh and MSc courses. We have dedicated clinical team of four consultants working under expert guidance and leadership of Prof.N.Sanjeeva Reddy (HOD of the department) and distinctive embryology services with three in-house embryologists. Our hospital has been accredited by JCI and NABH.
