Under-Graduates:
Pulmonology caters to 250 MBBS students for theory Lecture classes(6th & 7th Semester) 3 days per month and 25 students of 4th & 5th semester in a clinical batch per month along with B.Sc AHS(Respiratory Care Technology), B.Sc Nursing, Pharm.D students.
Post-Graduates:
M.D (TB & Pulmonary Medicine) has an intake of three students a year with highly flexible teaching programme involving maximum student participation with guidance from experienced faculty.

The OP/IP, bronchoscopy and thoracoscopy suites are the training grounds for the M.D postgraduates in TB & Pulmonary Medicine. All teachers in the department have undergone basic and advanced level faculty training programmes as well as workshops on management skills. All the faculty and students are trained in Basic Life Support.
