Outreach and community activities
The department provides sports training for all strata of community in Rowing at its Water Sports Centre SWSC.
Young Cricket talents and Women Cricketers have been identified through free camps and have been offered scholarship and free coaching at the CSS-Whatmore Centre for Cricket.
The department also provides sports medicine coverage for various sports including Football, Rowing, Horse riding and stadium medical cover for the ISL Football League
